This Privacy Policy describes how Company 19 LLC, d/b/a Billion Dollar Sellers ("Company," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use ecommastercollective.com ("Portal") or purchase the Omni Accelerator package.

- Shipping address and shirt size (for hoodie fulfillment)

2. How We Use Your Information

- Activating your partner services (Titan Network, DragonFish, Viralish, Kreator)
- Shipping your Omni Accelerator hoodie

Partner service providers. To deliver the services included in your purchase, we share your name, email address, and phone number with our partner companies:
- Titan Network (for program enrollment and leader assignment)
- DragonFish (for AI and email dominance services)
- Viralish (for social discovery sprint enrollment)
- Kreator (for AI content tools access)
This sharing is necessary to fulfill the services you purchased. Each partner processes your data under their own privacy policy. We require partners to use your data only for the purpose of delivering the purchased services.
Service providers. We use the following third-party services to operate the Portal:
- Stripe - Payment processing. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant.
- Supabase - Database hosting (US-East region)
- Vercel - Website hosting and analytics
- Resend - Transactional email delivery
Legal requirements. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, encrypted database storage, and secure authentication mechanisms. Payment information is processed exclusively by PCI-compliant payment processors and is never stored on our servers. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and comply with legal obligations. Purchase records and transaction data are retained for a minimum of 7 years for tax and legal compliance. The Portal uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We use Vercel Analytics for aggregated, anonymized performance metrics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. No personal information is shared with advertising networks.
