Terms of Service

1. Service Description

The Omni Accelerator Package includes access to services provided by four partner companies:

• Titan Network - 90-day program access, dedicated Titan Leader, TitanAI co-pilot, Founders Cohort membership
• DragonFish - AI & email dominance services including $10K Sniffer Report, AI visibility across 11 platforms, and 30,000 targeted email leads
• Viralish - 6-week social discovery sprint (starting May 6, 2026)
• Kreator - 3 months of AI content creation tools

The Package also includes one (1) Omni Accelerator hoodie shipped to the address provided at checkout. Each partner delivers their services according to their own terms and timelines. Service start dates and durations are measured from the date you activate each partner through the redemption portal.

2. Pricing and Payment

The Package is priced at $12,997 USD. The following payment options are available:

• Pay in full: $10,000 USD (a savings of $2,997)
• Installment plan: Three (3) monthly payments of $3,997 USD, totaling $11,991 USD
• Wire/Wise transfer: $10,000 USD (pay in full only)
• 12 Months Same As Cash financing: 24 monthly payments of $648.86 USD through our financing partner. 0% interest if paid in full within 12 months; 18.00% APR applies to any remaining balance after 12 months. First payment due on sign-up date. US citizens only, credit score 560+, subject to Experian credit verification.

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). No additional taxes, fees, or charges apply beyond the stated price.

3. Installment Plan Authorization

By selecting the installment payment option, you authorize Company 19 LLC to charge your payment method on file $3,997 USD on the same date of each subsequent month for three (3) consecutive months, beginning on your purchase date. The total obligation is $11,991 USD. You may cancel future installments by providing written notice to info@ecommastery.ai at least 15 days before the next scheduled charge. Cancellation of future payments does not cancel the obligation for services already rendered or activated.

4. Redemption Codes and Access

After payment confirmation, you will receive a unique, one-time-use redemption code (format: ECM-XXXX-XXXX) via email. This code grants access to the redemption portal where you activate each partner service. Codes are non-transferable and intended for use by the purchaser only. Sharing, selling, or distributing your code to third parties is prohibited and may result in immediate revocation of access without refund.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Buyer acknowledges that success in this program requires active participation and implementation. No specific income, business, or performance results are guaranteed or implied. Results vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors outside the control of the Company and its partner service providers. Any testimonials or examples presented are not guarantees of future results.

6. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is available at ecommastercollective.com/refund-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the refund policy.

7. Dispute Resolution

Buyer agrees to contact Company 19 LLC directly at info@ecommastery.ai before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback with their financial institution. We commit to responding within two (2) business days. Failure to attempt resolution directly may affect refund eligibility. If we are unable to resolve a dispute informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings conducted in the State of Texas.

8. Partner Services

Each partner company (Titan Network, DragonFish, Viralish, Kreator) delivers their services under their own terms of service. Company 19 LLC facilitates access to these services but is not responsible for the delivery, quality, or performance of individual partner services. Any issues with a specific partner service should first be raised with that partner directly, and then with us if unresolved.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, tools, and training provided through the Package and partner services remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own business purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company 19 LLC and its partner service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your purchase or use of the Package. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Package.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, venue cancellations, or infrastructure failures. In such cases, service timelines may be adjusted, and alternative delivery methods may be provided.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
